App takes forever to sign in and even when the app it is sluggish when you jump around between different accounts. Also why not support TouchID??! That feature alone would make this so much better.

As others have said, it takes an unpredictable 2-5 days for transactions to show up (not sure if thats the app or the bank). Also, Ive set the Quick Balance at least 3 times and STILL have to log in once a week before I can see it. Finally, Ive unsubscribed from email updates for the Deals (which are never anything I use), but still get emails. So again, not sure if its the app or the bank, but regardless, Im not thrilled with this.

For some reason mobile deposit software just less reliable than it used to be. I took over fifteen photos of my check that it couldnt read - wasted more time than I wouldve just going to the bank. Also, apparently somebody tried to log on to my account multiple times so now my account it locked every time I forget the latest in a string of new passwords. Apparently you can just shut down somebodys online account just by trying thousands of wrong passwords with their username...

I like the screen layouts and options. Would really like this app to support touch id, to avoid looking up my password everytime. Or support 2 factor auth like google/ microsoft authenticator.

The old app worked quite well, for making payments.. The new app doesnt allow you to view the payee account number, to ensure you are paying the correct account. It would also be nice to be able to add/delete payees from the mobile app.

Whats the use in having an app and not being able to make mortgage payments? If I login and still need to use the full version. Theres no option for mortgage payments!

A nice step forward from the previous version. One blaring omission to me is the lack of finger print ID to log into your account with. Would definitely be a welcomed addition.
