Will not even download!

The old app was great. No problems. Not sure about this one, because Ive tried to download it since it became available, and I STILL have no BB&T app. I was told it could be a memory issue. I deleted every app that is deletable. Still no download after numerous tries. PLEASE give us back to old app that actually worked! Yes, my phone is older, but if Apple supports it, you shouldnt force an app that will not work with it. I know Im not the only BB&T customer with an IPhone 4S. It works perfectly. Your app doesnt.

Less than one star

This is one of those times where something deserves less than one star. There was no reason that the previous app should have been changed. Then the app requires a security question that I have not had to answer in years. The worst part comes next. On hold for over an hour to get the password issue resolved. This is no doubt due to the massive amounts of people in the same predicament. However as is often the case, you have no choice but to use this app unless you want to leave the bank. Very poor customer service bb& t. Unacceptable.

Can not log in and no call possible to support.

This app wont let me log in. Says server error and call the number. The number wont go through. It is a week I have tried over many times. It wont let me use my old app so it is really junk and has even taken away my access, not enhanced it! Thanks for nothing and also thanks for no access to support.

No balance after every txn for the accounts or loans

This app do help us take a quick look but fails to give the snap shot of how your balance changed from first txn to the last txn for the period. Also only 2 or 3 months of txn to view is a big limitation. Need to see the same for all types of loan accounts. Every payment made and the balance after that.

Terrible app

I feel that upgraded app is next to useless now. The previous app was very user friendly but not this one. I will just use my computer and I would not recommend using it.

Add Touch ID for 5 stars

The app works well but it desperately needs touch ID like all the other banking apps.

Awful app

Worst ever app. The old app was bad enough this one is terrible. Cant transfer money and see balances at the same time anymore. Cant see all accounts without having to hit a button. Cant make a transfer without having to go into a menu first. Cant even log off now without going into the menu. BB&T seems to be going backwards

If something isnt broke dont fix it‼️‼️ Why do they think change is better...the old app was great.....I hate the "new and improved" app

Long lost vendors

Tried to pay my bills from my list of vendors and found vendors in my list that I had deleted years ago. Did not find some I owe currently. What a disaster. If you cant even put a working interface together how can we expect it to be secure?

Dont understand the fuss

Havent had a problem with the app. Love how you can link external accounts. Im able to manage all my finances from here instead of logging into 5 different apps to see whats going on. Got locked out of the account, called the local branch and they reset my security questions within 5 min.

Data usage

I use the app maybe once or twice a week. My phone says it has used close to a whole Gb of data in the past 3 weeks. Old app never did that. Can anyone tell me why or how I can fix this?

Adequate and fairly easy to use

As with any change, it takes a while to get used to the new app. It would be great to have Touch ID enabled so I dont have to always type in my password.

Whats wrong with yall!

Look, this is simple...log in, check your account(s) and log out. This app works just fine and IS better than the previous app. All the complaining I just dont get it.

NO TOUCH ID LOGON?!?

Love the app itself, works great for me personally about 95% of the time but Im still legitimately upset about the fact I cant use Touch ID to login and have to type my password everytime, very time consuming and irksome when your in a rush.

dont bother if you plan to deposit checks

i downloaded this specifically to use the mobile deposit feature. deposits are limited to a maximum of $100.00!!! in a month, there is a limit of $500.00. in what world do people write checks for less than $100.00? i bet its not the paycheck for the president of BB&T

Im unhappy with you, BB&T

BB&T, Im not impressed with your so-called enhanced security measures. Are you aware that my thumbprint is required to access my phone, and that it is pretty much always in my possession. Drop the BS security questions...theyre subjective, hard to remember, change on a whim, and do a much better job of angering your customers than they do preventing hackers. Get your heads out of your butts and drop this crap!

Needs layout & functionality overhaul

The layout is not user friendly at all. When trying to view transactions half the screen is taken up with my available balance so you can only see 3-4 transactions at a time. Depositing checks is cumbersome as the app distorts the picture and half the time tells me my amount doesnt match the picture. Every time I log on I seem to find more functionality issues

My all round experience with this bank has been a long history of poor customer service. I stunned they are still surviving

No TouchID?

Why do I have to type in a password instead of using TouchID? Its 2016. Get with the program. You spent years making THIS? Ridiculous.

Debug your app

The new U app is very inefficient for accessing features. I needed to see Statements and there was no way to get to that feature. I emailed my BBT branch and was given written instructions to get to statements and still no luck. When I got back to town I took my IPad to the branch and had the manager try to access and she couldnt make it happen either. Dont put the App out there without debugging first!!! Grrrr!
