Slow transactions, doesnt work as advertised

As others have said, it takes an unpredictable 2-5 days for transactions to show up (not sure if thats the app or the bank). Also, Ive set the Quick Balance at least 3 times and STILL have to log in once a week before I can see it. Finally, Ive unsubscribed from email updates for the Deals (which are never anything I use), but still get emails. So again, not sure if its the app or the bank, but regardless, Im not thrilled with this.
