Ummmm....where did touch id go????

1 star because the app exists. Old app had Touch ID - we're going backwards here...

BB&T mobile app pretty much worthless compared to other banks. Mobile deposit and transfers are so completely limited and inefficient, compared to other banks. Also. You can't print, nor can a user take screenshots of transactions from the mobile app/phone. Wth? What good is paperless statements if you can't even access or document transactions? Lamest bank of all

Everything works great. I would give a higher rating if it had touch ID.

Please add touch ID. Other than that, the app works fine for me. Thanks!

Slow, confusing, what was wrong with the old one? No way I will leave my money in this bank. If it aint broke, dont fix it. Hate this new app.

Only reason I gave it two stars was due to its ease of download onto my iPhone 6s. I have the PNC app, TD Bank (US) app, and KNBT app. This app performs the worst of all. The app distorts the camera image, has difficulty reading check images if not a whole dollar amount. And fortunately I found this out by trial and error and having to rewrite the check. The bank deposit policy limits customers to $100 a day and a longer fund availability timeframe then these other banks. Its inconvenient for college students to continue banking with BB&T in states that do not have a branch. Im giving up my KNBT(now BB T) account due to this app.

So why would I open deposit accounts with BB&T when the mobile application doesnt allow me to pay my BB&T loan. Of course I can just switch to the full site, but the mobile application should allow a borrower to do this. The other financial application do. Small tweak...

Touch-ID login would be fantastic and all the addons and such are unnecessary. Decent app, but not anything to "write home about".

Downloading a new app instead of updating the original is inconvenient. It took so long to get into the app I forgot what transaction I was looking for. Forced to download update before being able to bank. More inconvenience.

The old app was fine. This new one is terrible. U have put us back 5 yrs. cant deposit mobile checks, have to keep reinstalling new app, continually logging on, again and again. Please bring the old app back.

All I can do with this app is look at how much is left on my auto loan. Cant actually pay the loan on the app. Have to go to the desktop website in order to do that, thus making this app virtually useless for me.

Worst app I have ever used . Cant open your equity loan. Compared to BOA this is like dirt under your shoe and caviar.

I dont want Trip Advisor, Apple Pay and other ads cluttering up my banking app! This is probably the worst decision BB&T has made. Complicated app. Remember K.I.S.S.? (stands for "keep it simple stupid")

So the other app worked fine...This one? Continues to lock me out of my account so much so that I have had to reset my password like 10 times. I have the NEWEST iPhone and up to date software. I am an Experience Lead and work on a major companiys app for 3 platforms. NO ONE should have to put up with something WORSE that the old version. Please fix this or give me the option to go back until you do!

Bank of America and wells fargo has Touch ID and you dont

This app is just plain terrible. BB&T are consistently behind the times in their technology adoption and the app is the best example. Why can I STILL not use my fingerprint to log in? Its "coming in a few weeks", except all the major banks have had this for many, many months already. The UI is clumsy and confusing. The functionality is severely limited as well. Just a horrible app and a lame rebrand. What does the "U" stand for, Unusable?

This app is leaps and bounds better than the old BB&T app! The only feature I would like to see added is Touch ID support (looks like this is coming soon). It would also be great to get an Apple Watch app. Something similar to the capital one app for the apple watch. Thanks, developers, for finally making BB&T a quality app!

Terrible app! Never allows you to actually know when the money has left your account. Seems as if its takin out twice. App has allowed me to overdraft twice with its lack technology.

Were several generations of devices into the Touch ID thing, so theres really no reason BB&T shouldnt support it. Im using Wells Fargo as my primary online banking app until it does. Lame.
