It says Touch ID is coming in few weeks. Overall app is awesome now I can take pictures of my check and have on my debit card. Awesome app

last two weeks it hasnt been working on either 6s plus or 5s.

KNBT customer, was just transferred to BB&T due to company buy out. Not happy with transition process and not happy that I cannot access Bill Pay from within the mobile app. I get a popup window that tells me to log in from online browser. Not cool!

I like the app and it has some useful tools but it would be nice to have the Touch ID capability

I loved the bill pay option on my National Penn app. Why does BB&T not have the option? If I wanted to login online I wouldnt have the app! The app would be great if bill pay was enabled. Very disappointed!

Its always going down. Its starting to make me mad that this was supposed to be an easier way to see whats going on with my bank account and now I can hardly ever get on it cause it always has technical difficulties. Please get these fixed.

Previous customer of KNBT not happy that bill pay disabled from app! Whats the point of having to sign in TWICE-loved my KNBT app when I could bill pay directly. And doesnt show my transactions like my old bank on app. So disappointed!!

TouchID came out in 2013, how is this acceptable to be half way through 2016 and still the app doesnt support it?

Former NatPenn customer shoved here via buyout. Bill pay redirect to website? Thats an unacceptable regression from former app capability, and a pretty big disruption for a smooth transition. As long as BBT is forcing me to browser, guess its a good time to find new bank. Next bank site I log into wont be theirs.

I love the dashboard, but the app really needs Touch ID (coming soon) and 1Password integration would be a nice touch.

App goes down every Saturday night. Very frustrating.

BB&T has an awesome app here. I do 9O% of all my banking using this app. No crash problems whatsoever . Billpay option is SUPER!! Sure Touch ID would be great to have as an option but Im not crying about it. It will come. Seeing the balance on your screen is another great feature. This app is great!!

Shows my mortgage account, but cant pay it. Have to wait till I get off work and pay it on my PC. SMH

Mobile deposit is critical for my small business. The fact that a deposit fails on clearly written numbers is a serious problem and is not an issue at one of my other banks (which unfortunately doesnt have business banking). I hope they improve this in short order - their other services have be really helpful.

Never had this many problems with mobile deposits with my other banks. Pictures are very clear but this app still wont accept them.

Cant even log in due to a security error. Called support. They said they fixed it, but it never got fixed. Useless.

Awesome app, however, it would be great to have the Touch ID. Having that feature is extremely convenient!!!

I dont like the fact that Im being charged to update my apps on my phone I have a problem with that

Only view account history... cannot make payments towards loans... Inconvenient and useless!!!

Was working fine, now takes several minutes to load anything, app is broken.
