I downloaded this app in hopes of making it easier to pay my monthly Mortgage bill. Unfortunately, I can only view limited information about my Mortgage and do not have the option to pay it. Deleting the instead of wasting space on my phone.

Please bring the old app back as soon as possible. It was a valuable tool for your patrons. This new app only provides value to you BB&T. Way to ruin a perfectly fine mobile experience. Please bring back the old app!!!

Screen for paying bills only gives a send date and not an expected receipt date for your payment. The old app gave both and calculated the processing time (2 or 5 days) plus added days automatically if the processing time spanned a weekend or a holiday. New app gives a date only but doesnt show day of the week, bank holidays, or the number of processing days for that recipient, so you have to have a calendar beside you when you are using the app and look at another screen to see processing time. This needs to be fixed.

This app needs Touch ID for login. Please give me to option to use it. Why wouldnt you make it easier for your customers. You could have been built into this new app,but didnt - not sure why?

Works great and I love how it gives me the option for "Quick Balance" without having to completely log in.

Could you fix this app or give us back the old one so I can deposit my paycheck. Thanks.

Rather use the website because it has more functionality than the app. I.E. Cant search transactions by description.

Wow! This app is garbage. You will spend 90% of your time using it looking at a loading screen. What was wrong with the other BB&T app that you had to replace it with this garbage?

Too slow, doesnt open and too many screens to conduct simple transactions. Wish bank would allow old app.

The old app at least showed your running balance looking at your account transaction history. This new app has the advantage of a bigger screen yet your providing less information. I keep track of my transactions but are you telling me I need to switch financial institutions because youre providing me with less details? At least show my running account balance underneath the last transaction completed.

Serviceable online banking mainly marred by lack of Touch ID support.

I hate the choices in security questions. Why dont you pick some that are easier to remember. I like mobile banking but am glad I dont have to use this app often.

This app is leaps and bounds better than the old BB&T app! The only feature I would like to see added is Touch ID support. It would also be great to get an Apple Watch app. Something similar to the capital one app for the apple watch. Thanks developers, for finally making BB&T a quality app!

Maybe Im just late to the game but I havent experienced any of the troubles that other reviewers seem to be espousing. Making the switch was annoying, but Ive had no problems. The GUI looks more sleek than that of its predecessor, as well.

I love the new look and the quick balence feature. The only thing missing is Touch ID. All of the big guys have it WF BofA. Ill give 5 stars when Touch ID support is added.

The app is useful and helpful for quick overview of accounts. But the Deposit feature does not work. Ive been trying monthly to make an easy for a simple company printed check and it can never recognize the endorsement signature even when using a black Sharpie.

The app does what every other banking app does so it meets the basic requirements. But really? No support for Touch ID? May have to switch to another bank again. Please fix this!

I can never log on and check my bank statement because there are always service errors. Literally EVERY DAY.

Way different than previous app, myself from the IT profession, people dont like change. This app has it all! The designer must be the best!

Today it shows no transaction history. I hate new app! Not happy I cant do my on line banking today!
