Intuitive and covers the basics.

For a first effort out of the box the App provides the features most clients expect. Easy to use and it does include transfers to loans/cards. Hoping the bank continues to add feature/functionality including TouchID at login.

Broken app

Looks good works BAD! Says app is down after three tries. Driving to bank. Maybe they will pay me:-)

Provide Touch ID support!!!

Every other banking app on the planet has Touch ID support- please update your app!!

No option for loan payment

All new app and I still have to go to the website to pay my car loan. Completely useless.

No Touch ID

No bill pay. No touch Password

Mobile deposit fail!

Never recognizes checks. Guess Ill drive to the bank instead.... All this app is good for is checking my bank account.

Leave well enough alone!

Every time I turn around BB&T is changing the app or something about the website. Its really annoying and is making me look for another bank.

No Touch ID!? Come on.

Updated: the security questions are a nuisance!!! Get rid of them. Continuously disappointed in BB&Ts lack of advanced technology. A new app with no Touch ID prolongs my frustration. Search feature is awful. Cant search by keyword. Totally worthless.

Underrated!

Allows me to pull multiple accounts all in one place. All the negative comments are either people winning about Touch ID (which it now has) or user-error problems. Im more than pleased with the new U app by BB&T.

Password Issues

This app is terrible. I cant even log in. I have to reset my password every time I use this app or I get locked out of my account. Not convenient at all!

For the past year have been locked out of this dumb app have called the bank to change the password and now am locked out once again so this dumb app doesnt accept your password I do not recommend this dumb app been using the same password for years so I know its correct. You are deleted

Review

Totally useless application. The deposit limit for online checks deposits is so low that it is virtually impossible to deposit any check using the application. Little use beyond the ability of checking your current balance.

DO NOT USE!

Horrible update to this app. Would not accept my valid password, locked me out. Then when I try to reset the password, the new password screen locks up and I cant continue. Tried twice, no luck. WAIT FOR AN UPDATE THAT WORKS!!

Business owner

This app is totally useless if you plan to deposit checks using your phone. Limit is $100/day and $300/month. I have a Bank of America app which allows $10,000 day and $25,000/ month and use it for my small business. Bbt also has poor customer service. Mortgage application took so long for them to process my financials became outdated and I had to re-submit. Personnel in lobby also rude. Will be closing my accounts at bbt asap.

Great app for personal banking

I love their new app I think it is very user friendly and it also is very great on helping you budget your spending habits and see where it is going.

Slowly coming along

I am not a big fan of BB&T but since I have a car note with them it is easier to pay it with an account. The home screen of the app has come a long way and now available is the ability to transfer money between accounts making it easier to make payments. They still have some work to to but they are coming along. Suggestion would be to add the finger print log on or some of the other biometrics that other banking institutions are now using.

Horrible App

This app is horrible. The old one was so much better and I never had a problem. On here, I cant see when my checks clear so I dont know when my bills have pulled. Its incredibly annoying because its fine at the bank, but the app is awful. Do not recommend. Definitely need to be some changes.

Not good

The new app takes forever for you to log in. Then once you are finally in it takes just as long to go from one task to the next. After being frustrated I tried to log out and you guessed it, it took forever to log out. Horrible. I want the old app back!

Awful

Forced to update. So slow it is quicker to call their 800 number for basic information. And that is slow. Worrisome that the institution that is managing my money released such a clunker.

A Pleasant Update

Not sure where all these 1 Star reviews are coming from. Perhaps its just frustration from a forced download? Im very pleased with the new interface and additional features. The overall user experience is greatly improved, and the additional features/information is a helpful upgrade. Im pleased!
