Pros and cons of U by BB&T app for iPhone and iPad

U by BB&T app good for

This app is leaps and bounds better than the old BB&T app! The only feature I would like to see added is Touch ID support (looks like this is coming soon). It would also be great to get an Apple Watch app. Something similar to the capital one app for the apple watch. Thanks, developers, for finally making BB&T a quality app!
It says Touch ID is coming in few weeks. Overall app is awesome now I can take pictures of my check and have on my debit card. Awesome app
I like the app and it has some useful tools but it would be nice to have the Touch ID capability
BB&T has an awesome app here. I do 9O% of all my banking using this app. No crash problems whatsoever . Billpay option is SUPER!! Sure Touch ID would be great to have as an option but Im not crying about it. It will come. Seeing the balance on your screen is another great feature. This app is great!!
Awesome app, however, it would be great to have the Touch ID. Having that feature is extremely convenient!!!
For a first effort out of the box the App provides the features most clients expect. Easy to use and it does include transfers to loans/cards. Hoping the bank continues to add feature/functionality including TouchID at login.

Some bad moments

1 star because the app exists. Old app had Touch ID - we're going backwards here...
BB&T mobile app pretty much worthless compared to other banks. Mobile deposit and transfers are so completely limited and inefficient, compared to other banks. Also. You can't print, nor can a user take screenshots of transactions from the mobile app/phone. Wth? What good is paperless statements if you can't even access or document transactions? Lamest bank of all
Please add touch ID. Other than that, the app works fine for me. Thanks!
Slow, confusing, what was wrong with the old one? No way I will leave my money in this bank. If it aint broke, dont fix it. Hate this new app.
Only reason I gave it two stars was due to its ease of download onto my iPhone 6s. I have the PNC app, TD Bank (US) app, and KNBT app. This app performs the worst of all. The app distorts the camera image, has difficulty reading check images if not a whole dollar amount. And fortunately I found this out by trial and error and having to rewrite the check. The bank deposit policy limits customers to $100 a day and a longer fund availability timeframe then these other banks. Its inconvenient for college students to continue banking with BB&T in states that do not have a branch. Im giving up my KNBT(now BB T) account due to this app.
So why would I open deposit accounts with BB&T when the mobile application doesnt allow me to pay my BB&T loan. Of course I can just switch to the full site, but the mobile application should allow a borrower to do this. The other financial application do. Small tweak...
