Payment screens needs work

Screen for paying bills only gives a send date and not an expected receipt date for your payment. The old app gave both and calculated the processing time (2 or 5 days) plus added days automatically if the processing time spanned a weekend or a holiday. New app gives a date only but doesnt show day of the week, bank holidays, or the number of processing days for that recipient, so you have to have a calendar beside you when you are using the app and look at another screen to see processing time. This needs to be fixed.
