Less than one star
This is one of those times where something deserves less than one star. There was no reason that the previous app should have been changed. Then the app requires a security question that I have not had to answer in years. The worst part comes next. On hold for over an hour to get the password issue resolved. This is no doubt due to the massive amounts of people in the same predicament. However as is often the case, you have no choice but to use this app unless you want to leave the bank. Very poor customer service bb& t. Unacceptable.
